The lock on my E-scooter parked at Bukit Gombak MRT bicycle stand was faulty and I went to the Town Council for help. Upon the verification that I am the owner, Mr Remy swiftly called for assistance and went to the bicycle stand with me to cut the lock with Mr Sultan\u2019s cutting tools. The Town Council did a good job with such a responsive staff to help me sort\u00a0out my issue when I was in trouble. I have always been pleased with the CCK Town Council services that I received. Mr Remy and Mr Sultan professionalism and ability to understand the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. She was very prompt in handling my feedback. I called CCK hotline on Saturday nearing office closing time and Ms Qian Xiu called me immediately the following Monday morning to arrange a visit to view the leakage. I am most impressed by her promptness in handling my feedback and arranging with the contractor for rectification works. She was very thorough and clear in her explanation about the processes involved for rectification works. She is very courteous, enthusiastic about her work and knows her work well. She has handled my case very well. I would like to compliment Ms Qian Xiu for being an efficient staff of CCK Town Council.
